Dr Charmayne Highfield is an ethics advocate and dedicated business professional, whose experience includes more than a decade in private healthcare administration and over 25 years of hands-on experience in curriculum development and teaching in Australia and Singapore (at the tertiary level).  Since moving to Singapore in 2005, Charmayne’s work and research has focused on promoting excellence in management and accountancy education and, in 2013, she received her PhD for investigating fairness in the workplace for Australian accountants.

Professionally, Charmayne is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia, as well as a Member of the Singapore Institute of Management and Chartered Accountants Australia + New Zealand.
