Joshua Luczak is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy (Education). He earned his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario in 2015. His research interests include the philosophy of climate science, environmental ethics, and the philosophy of science. Recently, he has been thinking a lot about geoengineering and its role in combating anthropogenic climate change. His notable publications include “Talk About Toy Models” in Studies in History and Philosophy of Modern Physics, “On How to Approach the Approach to Equilibrium” in Philosophy of Science, and “Climate Denialism Bullshit is Harmful” in the Asian Journal of Philosophy. He enjoys coffee and travelling the world—but especially enjoys combining the two.
