Serena Wee is Professor of Psychology at Singapore Management University. Her research focuses on personnel selection, vocational interests, cognitive abilities, career development, workplace diversity, and quantitative research methods. Her work examines how individual differences influence educational and workplace outcomes, with a particular interest in improving personnel selection and career decision-making. Her research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals, including Psychological Bulletin, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Human Resource Management. Prior to joining SMU, she was Associate Professor in the School of Psychological Science at the University of Western Australia, having previously served on the faculty at SMU.
