Stefanie Schacherer is an international economic law scholar specialising in international trade and investment law at the intersection with sustainable development and climate change governance. She holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Geneva and the University of Vienna (co-tutelle) and completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Centre for International Law at the National University of Singapore and the World Trade Institute, University of Bern, supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation. Michelle Lim is the UNESCO Chair of Sustainability Law Futures. She is an Associate Professor in Law, Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University. Her interdisciplinary scholarship focuses on futures-oriented biodiversity law research aimed at advancing equity and sustainability under conditions of unprecedented environmental change. Michelle’s scholarship includes exploration of affect and methods which challenge the form of scholarship including creative and imaginative means of expression (e.g. speculative fiction, poetry, dramatic and visual arts).
