Dr. Prasart JONGJAROENKAMOL joined the School of Accountancy, Singapore Management University in 2017. Prior to joining SMU SOA, he received his PhD in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin. His teaching interests are managerial accounting and financial accounting. Before commencing his PhD study, Prasart was an audit assistant at KPMG in Bangkok and an accounting lecturer at Thammasat University. Prasart is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA).

Dr John Donaldson is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the School of Social Sciences, Singapore Management University (SMU). He researches on politics, rural development and poverty in China and elsewhere, having conducted extensive fieldwork in rural India and Thailand, as well as in Singapore. John Donaldson is the author of Small Works: Poverty and Economic Development in Southwestern China (Cornell University Press, 2011).
