Research Advisor/Co-Research Advisor To

Dr. Holly Yang is a tenured Associate Professor of Accounting at Singapore Management University, where she focuses on corporate reporting and disclosure issues. Her research employs both traditional and behavioral economic theories to explore unique settings, aiming to make academic accounting research accessible and relevant to practitioners and regulators.

Ms Wong Suay Peng joined the School of Accountancy as a senior lecturer in 2010.  Her varied career experience included audit at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co (now KPMG), as well as finance and project management across cross-functional teams at IBM Singapore Pte Ltd.  She was also a member of the pioneer team that established the School of Business Management at Nanyang Polytechnic.

Dr Ming-Hong Tsai is an Associate Professor of Psychology in the School of Social Sciences at Singapore Management University. His research currently focuses on judgment and decision-making, conflict and collaboration, and emotions. He has published papers in various outlets, such as Organization Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Journal of Personality, British Journal of Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Negotiation and Conflict Management Research.
