Digital Transformation

Alvin See is an Associate Professor of Law at the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University (SMU). He teaches the Law of Property and the Law of Equity and Trusts. He researches mainly on private law, particularly property, trust, unjust enrichment and remedies, and has special interest in legal history. His published works, which appear in leading journals, have been cited by the highest appellate courts in Singapore and Malaysia and by the New Zealand Court of Appeal.

Dorcas is an Associate Professor of Law at SMU’s Yong Pung How School of Law. She obtained her LL.M from Harvard Law School. As an experienced mediator and former District Judge, Dorcas’ research draws inspiration from, and seeks to inform, the practice of dispute resolution, including mediation and negotiation. She has written on a diverse range of topics, including mandatory mediation, mediation ethics, court-connected dispute resolution, and online dispute resolution.

Locknie Hsu is a Professor of Law at the Singapore Management University. She received her legal training at the National University of Singapore and Harvard University and is a member of the Singapore Bar. She was previously attached to Singapore’s Ministry of Trade & Industry, assisting in free trade agreement negotiations. In 2017, she was conferred the Outstanding Service Award by the ASEAN Law Association (ALA), in which she is Coordinator of the Trade and Investment Group. Locknie is also currently President of the Society of International Economic Law (SIEL).
