Professor Daphne W. Yiu is the Lee Kong Chian Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. Before joining SMU, she held the Rath Chair in Strategic Management at the University of Oklahoma and was Professor of Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

He completed his MS in applied statistics at University of Michigan and BA in Economics at Yonsei University (Seoul, Korea). His research interests include financial reporting and disclosure, SPACs, and retail investors. His teaching interests include financial accounting and data analytics..
