Dr Andrew Koh joined SMU in 2022. He received his PhD in computational imaging from the University of Nottingham, UK, in 2008. Early years of his career was devoted to farming as a means for poverty alleviation and education of university graduates in Cambodia. He currently researches on enhancing the well being of the migrant workers community in Singapore through technology. His teaching focuses on interdisciplinary subjects such as affective computing and sustainability from a technology perspective.

Daniel Seah joined SMU in 2022. His research interests concern emerging technologies. Daniel is the Principal Investigator of a fake news project that studies the harms of video content, and studies the law’s role – and constraints - in mediating the harms of misinformation. Daniel obtained his PhD in law at UCL (University College London) and is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Singapore Supreme Court (2004).
