Professor Daphne W. Yiu is Lee Kong Chian Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. Before joining SMU, she held the Rath Chair in Strategic Management at the University of Oklahoma and was Professor of Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Rachel is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University (SMU). Her research interests are in the areas of financial law and regulation, contract law and tort law. She is also particularly interested in issues at the intersection of financial regulation and private law. Recently, her work has focused on digital transformation in banking and finance, including legal and regulatory issues pertaining to stablecoins, cryptocurrency derivatives, decentralised finance and e-payments.
Kyungjin (K.J.) Park joined Singapore Management University after completing his PhD from the Pennsylvania State University. He completed his MS in applied statistics at University of Michigan and BA in Economics at Yonsei University (Seoul, Korea). His research interests include financial reporting and disclosure, SPACs, and retail investors. His teaching interests include financial accounting and data analytics..
Han-Wei Liu is Associate Professor of Law at Singapore Management University and Deputy Director of the Centre for Digital Law. His research examines the intersection of international economic law, technology governance, and geopolitics, with a focus on export controls, sanctions, semiconductor statecraft, supply-chain regulation, AI governance, and data flows.
