Andrew Roberts joined the Yong Pung How School of Law in 2026. He has a long-standing interest in criminal evidence and procedure. He is a co-author of Uniform Evidence, 4th edition, (2025: Thomson Reuters), and co-editor of a collection of essays on Australian Uniform Evidence Law: Critical Perspectives on the Uniform Evidence Law (2017: Federation Press). He has published widely on problems associated with expert evidence, eyewitness identification, and witness testimony.

Al Lim is a Presidential Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Singapore Management University. His research examines how people navigate value, risk, and uncertainty in Southeast Asia’s rapidly changing financial and technological landscapes. His current book project, Risking Fortune, explores the social worlds of Thailand's crypto economy, drawing on more than two years of ethnographic fieldwork in Bangkok and across the region. TeDr. Rand Hirmiz is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Singapore Management University. She earned her PhD in Philosophy from York University (Toronto, Canada) in 2024, and an MA in Philosophy from McMaster University (Hamilton, Canada) in 2018. Her research focuses on the intersection of AI ethics and healthcare, with a particular interest in how artificial intelligence can be integrated into medicine without compromising the core values of medical practice.
