Pasha L. Hsieh is Lee Kong Chian Professor of Law and Jean Monnet Chair at Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law, where he heads the United Nations University Hub on Green and Digital Regionalism. Prior to academia, he served as a Legal Affairs Officer at the WTO Appellate Body Secretariat in Geneva and practiced at Shearman & Sterling in Washington, D.C. His research spans international economic law, public international law, and Asian legal studies.
Kenny Chng’s primary research interest is in constitutional and administrative law. His recent work has focused on the legal rules governing judicial review of administrative policies. Kenny has extensive publications in leading academic journals, including the Law Quarterly Review, Legal Studies, Public Law, and the International Journal of Constitutional Law. His work has been cited with approval by the High Court of England and Wales as well as the Singapore Court of Appeal.

Stefanie Schacherer is an international economic law scholar specialising in international trade and investment law at the intersection with sustainable development and climate change governance. She holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Geneva and the University of Vienna (co-tutelle) and completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Centre for International Law at the National University of Singapore and the World Trade Institute, University of Bern, supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation. Michelle Lim is the UNESCO Chair of Sustainability Law Futures. She is an Associate Professor in Law, Yong Pung How School of Law, Singapore Management University. Her interdisciplinary scholarship focuses on futures-oriented biodiversity law research aimed at advancing equity and sustainability under conditions of unprecedented environmental change. Michelle’s scholarship includes exploration of affect and methods which challenge the form of scholarship including creative and imaginative means of expression (e.g. speculative fiction, poetry, dramatic and visual arts).
