Dr Ishani Mukherjee joined SMU in 2018. Her expertise include policy formulation and design; environmental and natural resource policy and management; policy tools for renewable energy and energy efficiency, particularly in Asia. She received her PhD in Public Policy from NUS, with a concentration on Environmental Policy and was the recipient of the World Future Foundation PhD Prize for Environmental and Sustainability Research in 2014.

Dr Alwyn Lim is Associate Professor of Sociology at Singapore Management University and Lee Kong Chian Fellow for 2022-2024. His research examines the impact of globalization on organizations and institutions, of which he has published on the rise and diffusion of corporate responsibility frameworks. His current interests include new directions in capitalism, higher education in developmental states, and the political economy of Singapore. QUALIFICATIONS:

Jimmy obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy (1st Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University in 2002, Masters of Science and Ph.D. in Accounting from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in 2010 and 2011 respectively. Prior to his doctoral program, Jimmy was a Tax Associate at PwC Tax Consulting Services and a Lecturer of Accounting at SMU. He enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with his family.
