Adeline Chong has published in leading peer-reviewed journals and is the co-author of Chong and Yip, Singapore Private International Law: Commercial Issues and Practice (OUP, 2023) and Hill and Chong, International Commercial Disputes: Commercial Conflict of Laws in English Courts (Hart, 4th edn, 2010). She was the Project Lead of the Asian Business Law Institute’s project on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Asia which resulted in two edited collections.
Winston Chow is Lee Kong Chian Professor of Urban Climate based at Singapore Management University’s (SMU) College of Integrative Studies (CIS), and also is the research pillar lead for urban systems at SMU's Urban Institute.
Dr Young Jun CHO joined Singapore Management University (SMU) in 2011 after completing his PhD at Cornell University. Young Jun has taught financial accounting, financial accounting for law, and financial statement analysis in the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes since joining SMU. His research interests include financial reporting, voluntary disclosures, and corporate governance.
Dr Cheng Nam Sang, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, has a good mix of industrial and academic experience. Prior to joining SMU in July 2008, he was involved in fund raising and mergers & acquisitions advisory work and had held senior positions (COO, CFO, and audit and remuneration committees’ chairman) in Singapore listed companies.
Dr. Cheng Qiang is the Lee Kong Chian Chair Professor of Accounting at School of Accountancy at the Singapore Management University. He joined Singapore Management University in 2011 as the Associate Dean (Research) at School of Accountancy and served as Dean from 2015 to 2025. Dr. Cheng graduated from Tsinghua University, Beijing and received his PhD in the University of Wisconsin-Madison, US in 2002.
